Cancellation Policy
Principal Teacher: Yuka Kodama General Policy All class fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a place. Payments are non-refundable. If a student misses a class for any reason, no refund will be issued. In exceptional circumstances, class credit may be considered at the sole discretion of the Director. These are assessed case by case and are not guaranteed. Adult Classes Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. If notice is given 24 hours or more in advance, we will offer a transfer of the booking to another available date or time. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
