​​Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All class fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a place.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.

• No refunds are given for missed classes.

• In exceptional circumstances, class credit may be offered at the Director’s discretion. These are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

 

Cancellations by the Student ​

• The cancellation policy applies to all class types.

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a booking.

• If notice is given 24 hours or more in advance, a booking can be transferred to another available class.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellations by Yuka Kodama Ballet Group ​

​

• If a scheduled class has three or fewer students, it may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

• In this case, any fees paid can be either transferred to another class or refunded upon request.
